  Placed an order at the drive thru. When we left with the food we realised that the kids meal was missing. We had to drive back resulting in all the other food being stone cold by the time we eventually ate. When asked at the counter what sauce we wanted with the kids meal my husband stated ketchup. Sadly this resulted in a curry and bbq sauce instead. When we requested napkins at the drive thru we were given 2 napkins even though it was quite visible that there were 4 people in the jeep. There were plenty off staff on the premises which 1 would assume that the food would be up to scratch and not sub standard like we received.

  Abrubt so cald "manners" from staff. Placed order in drive through, payed, drove to where we had planned to eat only to find main parts of the order missing. Had to drive back and queue in store to explain situation. Missing items were slapped on counter with no apology. Attempt number two to sit and eat only to find curry in kids meal which was supposed to be ketchup. All food stone cold. Not a happy customer!!!

  Waited around 5minutes to order food at the drive-tru and then waiting twice as long for the food. Was given the coffee first and ask to wait in a bay for the food. When the food arrived had to ask for fresh coffee as they were cold. The food was great and the fresh coffee was nice and hot.
